The vision for the T-Mobile Network Portal was to create an experience that simulated what it would be like to take a stroll through T-Mobile's data network. A super-cooled LED tunnel was the ultimate result. The tunnel consisted of a 10' x 60' structural framework which was clad in over 1,000 square feet of high resolution LED mesh. Outside the tunnel two industrial grade AC units pumped in a constant flow of chilled air, giving the Electric Zoo festival goers a much needed reprieve from the NYC summer heat. Festival goers were invited to chill out as they passed through the tunnel and were treated to an amazing, all encompassing T-Mobile branded LED light show. The result was a truly immersive brand experience that festival goers lined up for again and again all weekend. Expect more photos / videos soon! Photo credit: Dan Pappo, R&D Film Design.
